Well, you have your Wii Fit and Balance Board. Want to know what you're dealing with? Just as you balance your bathroom on steroids. Wii Fit Balance Board is actually a pressure-sensitive controller. It can measure your center of gravity, body control, weight (of course!) And after entering your age, it will affect all sorts of interesting data about you such as your BMI and if you're big for your age or not. Do take it too seriously or you'll end up like this British mother who sued because Nintedo Wii Fit said her daughter is overweight.
This balance Board becomes your controller. Its fully interactive use, you go through the activity - moving your body, bending and turning.
You can use it to continuously compare your results with your previous and especially for the ladies - YES, you can use the Wii Balance Board to measure your weight every half hour to see improvement.
Note: You probably already guessed, but try to use while barefoot. The measures will be much more accurate.
Setting Up the Balance Board
First you will need to sync to the Wii. To do this simply press the small red "Sync" button inside the battery cover from the edge, and behind the front panel on the Wii. After that, you'll see the Wii Balance Board Virtual Greeting.
The Council will guide you through the initial setup. This includes your choice of Mii, entering your height and date of birth, and try a game of balance. With these data, the game allows you to measure lose enough weight to fall within the normal range of BMI. But try to be realistic with the time. I can imagine that you want to lose 40 pounds a month, but I need not tell you that this is unlikely. Instead, set your target date far enough that your goal is to obtain for you. In any case do not underestimate what Wii Fit can do for you.
