I classify bad Realtors are Realtors elusive seeking help, but really looking to get the commission.

How do these evil masquerade Real Estate Agent as good?

1. The Bad Real Estate Agent intends to be a tireless worker
If you hire a real estate agent, you want to work hard for your money as you do. And knows the real estate. The sellers know that. But hard work never guarantee success. A Real estate, like all people, should have some level of manpower, but not to the point of slavery. Do not be naive enough to believe your Estate Agent you climb mountains. It's just a job. There should be other priorities. Do not base your Real Estate Agent Selection on the basis of how hard they work or how should the time they spend with you. If your Estate is losing too much time pretending that work hard, then your property will not have time to really get valuable information you need to make an informed decision. At the time of signing the contract and the agent receives the Commission, Bad Realtors will run the next sucker, and do not want to talk or help you.

2. Charmer
Every now and then, meet the person who knows exactly what to say. He knows the words you are looking for and make you feel comfortable to trust him. By relying on an agent, look lovely, soft, or how clever it is. Look for the results. What is the real estate agent actually done for you?

3. Failure to provide adequate information.

In fact, there are plenty of honest agents who are really hiding, because they are too busy helping customers. Now after all this discussion, you can even ask if you need a realtor. Privately, home sellers, no. Only households where sellers have a real estate agent, you need the Real Estate Buyer Agent to protect you. If you want Buying a home through private or through an agent should not be a deciding factor. Just look at the house they want to buy and the price you want to buy.
