ITR could be lying. my friend has a trillion Xbox games in a pawn shop .. most of whom do not work with your Xbox 360. I discovered it because I took my house (I have broadband, which has dial-up) and tried to update these games that said "there may be changes." most have no updates. if you go to the Xbox website (do not know what the site is cleared .. i) is a list of what Xbox games that actually do play on Xbox 360
