Dark Sector was one of the video games (along with Killzone 2), which made its debut at E3 2005, but was missing in action later. At first glance, Dark Sector seems to be in the same vein as Gears of War, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfare, and Resident Evil 4. Dark Sector has some similarities to Gears of War and Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfare, also involving the use of their environments and taking cover.
