What Wii Fit gives you instructions through the loudspeaker?
I heard it was a game / exercise in Wii Fit, where you can watch television and give you instructions through the speaker controller. Is this true? If yes, what game / year is it?
Not free and jogging free. A loudspeaker in the wi-Mote works with a voice telling you how your doing and how long you have left over the year. Sound does not leave the TV as you would look at the course!
