Remember that these games have been sitting around gathering dirt for over 20 years. When you insert in your system the metal connectors of the game have to touch the metal connectors in the system. If there is dirt that inbetween there is no connection. You need to remove all dirt from the game and then it will be managed as it was in 1985.

Dip a cotton swab in rubbing alcohol and wet rub the metal contacts on the cartridge sale. Then use the dry part of the Q-Tip and rub hard until that you remove all dirt. You may have to do this several times and go through several Q-tips until all dirt is removed. You want repeat this step until the Q-Tip is clean after cleaning. Now that your game is clean, we can quickly clean your system using this game clean. Just take the game and put it in the system and remove it. Now clean up the game and try again. Each time you take Dirt Off the chip system and transfer it to your game to be cleaned. After that, you should have no problems. Your system and games shopuld be working Fine.

This cleaning trick works for the Nintendo NES, but SNES Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64 N64, and Sega Genesis game cartridge most Other games based. 1. Remove the screws on the underside of the system.
2. Turn the system over and remove the plastic top.

5. Lift the back of the motherboard in place and remove all contacts in the black plastic case. (They resist but just a little rock them back and to drag them off.)

7. Flush contacts with water and let dry.
8. Lift the back of the motherboard and drag the contacts in place.
9. Lift the front of the motherboard and make Slide the cartridge holder contacts. Make sure the tab on the front clip holder under the motherboard.
10. Attach screw holder cartridge. (The longest range in the second set of holes on the back.)
11. Plug the system and test with cartridges clean. (It is perfectly safe to do with it.)
12. If the games still do not work, contact system may be folded out of shape.
13. If the system works properly, replace the lid (you can leave the RF Shield off if you want, I will not tell FCC) and replace the screws on the bottom.

Do not get me wrong the other systems have better graphics and stuff like that ... but thats what actually gives the NES board. To have no graphics whats so ever, it was more classic, fun and challanging games and then all another system. I still like to think about Nintendo games that would still be fun today, even with all the other super-high-tech systems on the market. It seems that now they work more on the way the game of beauty, then how is it fun. Think of Zelda on NES, its probably the best game ever made when you think the graphics to the gameplay. The question is, what system do you think is best out of each compound system. Atari, NES, SNES, Sega, Dreamcast, Playstation, PS2, PS3, Wii, Xbox, Xbox 360, hell even handheld computers lol. Which is better? My opinion of the NES ..

I recently found some my NES (Old School Nintendo) games and I am trying to collect more. I was wondering if someone could give me the names of some of your favorite NES games, so I can get them on Ebay, or at yard sales. I'm not looking for the names of rare games, or something like that. I just want to know what games you thought Fun for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). Thank you. Oh, I list some of the games I have, and some of my favorites. They are: Dragon Warrior 1-3, Final Fantasy, Contra, Super Mario Brothers 1-3, Mike Tyson 'Punch Out!, StarTropics, The Legend of Zelda, The Addams Family, Gauntlet, Mega Man 2, Adventure Island, Pirates!, And The Adventures of Lolo.

I know this is not exactly your question but you can get a Nes emulator play hundreds of games that take place error / bug "as well or better than actually playing on the console itself. And its pretty easy to find, install and use. More low end PC can play N64 games quite well. All SNES level or lower runs 100% fine on nearly all 1999 and beyond the system. I know some people prefer to play on the console. And I do like a Nes Thurs I love the SNES. Zelda link or half would be my favorite NES game. and cons.

Does anyone know if the game Wii Sports Channel will provide classic NES games that were televised games as Family Feud, Jeopardy, Wheel Of Fortune, all of these games televised. I mean I know that games are current and they may not be fun to play, but I still think they can be kind of fun to play with and I was wondering if anyone knows when or if the Wii will start to release the classic NES games were the games.
